Tell us when a page is wrong or out of date. We will check it against the source record.
Report an error
Use our contact page. Include the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong and a link to the supporting source, if you have one. Please do not send private medical records or sensitive case details to report a content error.
Our correction policy
We compare the reported issue with primary sources, correct factual errors and update the page’s source-check date when it has been checked again. A material correction to a legal or medical claim belongs in the log below, with the affected page, correction date, what changed and the source.
Routine spelling and formatting changes do not need a log entry. New developments are updates, and should be dated and sourced on the affected page. We distinguish them from corrections to something we previously got wrong.
