Consent Certificate (TrustedForm)

A third-party recording that proves you agreed to be contacted when you submitted a form — capturing the page, the consent language, and the moment. The lead industry's receipt system.

Under telemarketing law, whoever calls you must be able to prove consent. Certification services record form sessions and issue certificates that buyers of leads demand contractually. The market consolidated in January 2026 when ActiveProspect, maker of TrustedForm, acquired its main rival's parent (Jornaya).

For consumers the practical point: legitimate operations keep these receipts, and a certificate documents exactly what you agreed to — which also means consent language you see on forms is written carefully and is worth reading.
