EPA Issues Penalties Totaling Over $2.8M in Three Enforcement Cases

What happened

EPA enforcement records show three separate penalty actions against chemical facilities. Hasa, Inc. faces the largest penalty at $1,265,246, followed by Denka Performance Elastomer at $996,703, and AMVAC at $541,110. The cases were detected in EPA's enforcement database in July 2026.
