Alaska has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury and product liability claims (AS 09.10.070). For minor victims, AS 09.10.140 tolls the SOL during minority — a child has until age 20 (18 + 2 years) to file independently. Parents may file on behalf of minor children at any time during minority.
