Statute of Limitations
Alaska's personal injury SOL is 2 years (AS § 09.10.070). Alaska's Adult Protective Services statute does not provide an independent civil damages cause of action — claims must be brought under general negligence. Government-owned facilities require 2-year notice under the Alaska Tort Claims Act (AS § 09.50.250).
