Statute of Limitations
Colorado has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury and product liability claims (C.R.S. § 13-80-102). For minor victims, C.R.S. § 13-81-103 tolls the SOL during minority — child has until age 20 (18 + 2 years) to file independently.
