Colorado's Division of Youth Services operates Lookout Mountain Youth Services Center and other facilities that have faced federal investigations. Colorado eliminated the SOL for childhood sexual abuse claims in 2021, allowing survivors of any age to file. The Pueblo Youth Services Center closed after abuse documentation.
