Statute of Limitations
Delaware has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury and product liability claims (10 Del. C. § 8119). For minor victims, 10 Del. C. § 8116 tolls the SOL during minority. Delaware does not have a separate product liability statute of repose, giving plaintiffs protection for longer periods.
