What is the deadline in Indiana?

Indiana has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury and product liability claims (I.C. § 34-11-2-4). For minor victims, I.C. § 34-11-6-1 minority tolling does not apply to product liability actions: I.C. § 34-20-3-1(a) applies regardless of minority, so a child's product claim must be filed within 2 years after it accrues. Indiana has a 10-year statute of repose for product liability (I.C. § 34-20-3-1), extinguishing claims 10 years after delivery of the product. A lawyer can confirm yours.
