Statute of Limitations
Mississippi has a 3-year statute of limitations for personal injury and product liability claims (Miss. Code Ann. § 15-1-49). For minor victims, § 15-1-59 tolls the SOL during minority. Mississippi also has an 18-year product liability statute of repose (§ 11-1-63(h)).
