Statute of Limitations
Nebraska has a 4-year statute of limitations for product liability claims (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-224), which is longer than the standard personal injury SOL. For minor victims, § 25-213 tolls the SOL during minority. Nebraska has a 10-year statute of repose for products running from date of sale.
