Statute of Limitations
Oklahoma imposes a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims under 12 Okla. Stat. § 95. The state follows modified comparative negligence with a 50% bar — you are barred from recovery if your fault is 50% or more (equal to or greater than the defendant's).
