Statute of Limitations
Oregon has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury and product liability claims (ORS § 12.110). For minor victims, ORS § 12.160 tolls the SOL during minority. Oregon has a 10-year product liability statute of repose (ORS § 30.905) running from the date of first purchase.
