Statute of Limitations
Oregon has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (ORS § 12.110). The discovery rule applies for latent disease — the SoL begins when the injury is discovered or should have been discovered. Oregon also has a 10-year statute of ultimate repose.
