Statute of Limitations
Rhode Island has a 3-year statute of limitations for personal injury and product liability claims (R.I. Gen. Laws § 9-1-14). For minor victims, § 9-1-19 tolls the SOL during minority. Rhode Island has no product liability statute of repose.
