Tennessee's Department of Children's Services operates juvenile facilities including Wilder Youth Development Center (closed 2018 after abuse) and Woodland Hills Youth Development Center. The DOJ investigated Tennessee facilities for unconstitutional conditions. SOL for childhood sexual abuse extends to age 28.
