Washington's personal injury SOL is 3 years (RCW § 4.16.080). The Vulnerable Adults Act provides the same 3-year period with a discovery rule tolling provision. Triple damages are available for financial exploitation under the Vulnerable Adults Act. Wrongful death carries a 3-year SOL (RCW § 4.16.080).
