Statute of Limitations
Wyoming has a 4-year statute of limitations for personal injury and product liability claims (Wyo. Stat. § 1-3-106), which is longer than the national majority. For minor victims, § 1-3-114 tolls the SOL during minority. Wyoming has no product liability statute of repose.
