Statute of Limitations
Wyoming imposes a 4-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 1-3-106). The discovery rule applies. Wyoming courts apply Daubert reliability standards under W.R.E. 702. Wyoming's 4-year SOL is more favorable than most states and provides additional time for claimants with earlier cancer diagnoses.
