No single national deadline is set by these sources. A lawyer needs to check the claim and law that fit your facts.
Keep the places where you used the medicine and received dental care with your dates. The court FAQ says a filing limit requires legal research. A general web checklist cannot perform that review or tell you whether a particular claim is still available.
That is the date of FDA’s dental warning. It does not by itself establish a new filing clock for all patients.
Do not subtract a guessed number of years from that date and rule yourself out. Ask how the applicable law treats the dates of use, harm, diagnosis and information you received. FDA’s warning is a safety communication; personal filing advice requires a legal check.
List medicine starts, changes, dental visits and what you were told. Keep dates from records separate from dates you only recall.
Request pharmacy and dental records if you do not have them. Covered providers generally allow access to medical and billing records, subject to exceptions and possible copy charges. Tell the lawyer where gaps remain and ask what needs checking first instead of inventing a precise day.
Ask what each court date governs and which people it covers. An order for existing case work is not everyone’s filing limit.
The July 16, 2026 order in case group 3092 arranges provider testimony for selected discovery work. It does not define a new patient’s intake eligibility or personal time limit. Ask for the actual notice or order affecting you and who is responsible for responding.
Ask about the legal time limit while continuing care. Do not assume a later bill or completed care plan will preserve a claim.
FDA advises patients not to suddenly stop treatment and to seek dental guidance. The study found an association, not a personal cause or filing rule. Bring the records you already have to a lawyer and ask what additional evidence can follow and what action is needed now.
Do not assume it does. Ask whether a firm has accepted your case and who will file any required court papers.
Federal suits start with court filings and service, which differ from a contact request. Read the fee and expense agreement and keep any written acceptance. Ask the lawyer to explain the next action and its timing, then keep the response with your date list.
