What happened
Between March and July 2026, NHTSA opened multiple investigations covering issues such as all-wheel-drive allegations, FSD collisions in low-visibility conditions, fuel smell with loss of motive power, ABS warning lamp illumination, front steering knuckle fractures, automated driving system conflict avoidance, rear toe link separation, and inadvertent airbag deployment.
