Statute of Limitations
Arizona imposes a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (A.R.S. § 12-542). The discovery rule applies — the limitations period begins when the plaintiff discovers or reasonably should have discovered the injury and its connection to GLP-1 drug use. Arizona follows the Daubert standard for expert testimony under Ariz. R. Evid. 702.
