Statute of Limitations
Delaware has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury (6 Del. C. § 8119). For minors, the statute is tolled until age 18. Delaware's Consumer Fraud Act (6 Del. C. § 2513) provides a 3-year window. Many defendant publishers are incorporated in Delaware.
