Statute of Limitations
Idaho imposes a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (Idaho Code § 5-219). The discovery rule applies to latent pharmaceutical injuries. Idaho courts follow the Daubert standard for expert testimony under I.R.E. 702. Idaho also has a useful lives statute that may limit claims on products sold more than a certain number of years ago.
