Statute of Limitations
Idaho has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury (IC § 5-219). For minors, the statute is tolled until age 18. Idaho's Consumer Protection Act (IC § 48-601) provides additional claims for deceptive monetization practices with a 2-year limitation.
