Statute of Limitations
Indiana has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury (IC § 34-11-2-4). For minors, the statute is tolled until age 18. Indiana's Deceptive Consumer Sales Act (IC § 24-5-0.5) provides additional claims with a 2-year limitation period.
