Statute of Limitations
Kansas imposes a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (K.S.A. § 60-513). The discovery rule applies to latent pharmaceutical injuries. Kansas courts follow the Daubert standard for expert testimony under K.S.A. § 60-456. Kansas also has a 10-year statute of repose for product liability claims under K.S.A. § 60-3303.
