Maryland Code, Courts and Judicial Proceedings § 3-904 establishes a 3-year wrongful death statute of limitations. This cap applies across all defendants combined in a single case. Baltimore City Circuit Court and Montgomery County Circuit Court handle the highest volumes of Maryland wrongful death cases.
