Where would my case be heard?

Minnesota has a 4-year statute of limitations for medical malpractice (Minn. Stat. § 541.076); for a child, the deadline is suspended during minority, but not for more than seven years or more than one year after age 18 (§ 541.15(b)). Minnesota does not cap medical malpractice damages. Mayo Clinic in Rochester and Children's Minnesota in Minneapolis are the premier facilities for complex neonatal care.
