Statute of Limitations
Missouri imposes a 5-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (Mo. Rev. Stat. § 516.120). This is one of the longest limitation periods in the nation. The discovery rule applies to latent pharmaceutical injuries. Missouri courts follow the Daubert standard for expert testimony under Mo. Rev. Stat. § 490.065.
