North Dakota imposes a 6-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (N.D. Cent. Code § 28-01-16). This is one of the longest limitation periods in the nation. The discovery rule applies. North Dakota courts follow the Daubert standard for expert testimony under N.D. R. Evid. 702.
