Statute of Limitations
Nebraska imposes a 4-year statute of limitations for product liability claims (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-224). The discovery rule applies to latent pharmaceutical injuries. Nebraska courts follow the Daubert standard for expert testimony under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 27-702.
