RSA 508:4 provides a 3-year limitations period for personal injury actions in New Hampshire, including product liability claims. The discovery rule applies, tolling the period until the plaintiff discovers or reasonably should discover the mesh-related injury and causation. No statute of repose applies to New Hampshire product liability claims. Many New Hampshire claimants receive specialized mesh revision care at Boston hospitals and file in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire before transfer to MDL 2846.
