New Jersey has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury (NJSA § 2A:14-2). For minors, the statute is tolled until age 18. New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act (NJSA § 56:8-1) provides a 6-year window with treble damages and mandatory attorney's fees.
