Statute of Limitations
Nevada imposes a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (NRS § 11.190). The discovery rule applies to latent pharmaceutical injuries. Nevada courts follow the Daubert standard for expert testimony under NRS § 50.275. Clark County District Court in Las Vegas handles the vast majority of pharmaceutical litigation in Nevada.
