Nevada personal injury claims are governed by NRS § 11.190(4)(e), providing a 3-year limitations period from discovery. Federal PFAS claims proceed in MDL 2873 (D.S.C.). Nellis AFB north of Las Vegas, Creech AFB in Indian Springs, and NAS Fallon in Churchill County are the primary military PFAS sites. NAS Fallon has documented PFAS contamination and the Fallon community has historically high rates of childhood leukemia that have been the subject of environmental investigation.
