What is the deadline in Oregon?
Oregon Revised Statutes § 30.905(1) sets a 2-year product liability SOL measured from the date the plaintiff discovered or reasonably should have discovered the injury. Oregon also has a statute of ultimate repose for product liability claims of 10 years from first purchase (or the manufacturing state's repose, if later). A lawyer can confirm yours.
