Statute of Limitations
Oregon imposes a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (ORS § 12.110). The discovery rule applies to latent pharmaceutical injuries. Oregon courts follow the Daubert standard for expert testimony under ORS § 40.410 (OEC 702). Oregon also has a product liability statute with specific manufacturer defense provisions.
