Statute of Limitations
Rhode Island imposes a 3-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims (R.I. Gen. Laws § 9-1-14). The discovery rule applies to latent pharmaceutical injuries. Rhode Island courts follow the Daubert standard for expert testimony under R.I. R. Evid. 702.
