Hernia Mesh (Davol/C.R. Bard) Lawsuit in South Dakota

Hernia mesh litigation is a mass tort action against manufacturers of defective synthetic mesh implants used in hernia repair surgery. The primary defendants are Davol Inc. and C.R.
