How This Tool Works
This evaluator applies the four-element malpractice framework — duty, breach, causation, and damages — weighting answers based on their relevance to establishing a viable claim. The type of error, severity of resulting harm, corroboration from another provider, timing relative to the statute of limitations, and identity of the harmed party are all considered.
